After a disappointing experience elsewhere, we were referred to this hotel by a friend’s uncle, and it totally changed our mood. The peaceful atmosphere, friendly staff, and stunning sunset views were exactly what we needed. The pool was clean and well-maintained, and we felt safe walking along the beach, even at midnight. Picture as shown on Google — the reality is even better! The room was clean, AC worked perfectly, hot water was available, and the washroom was very well-maintained. We didn't try the food,so can't comment on that but overall, a wonder place to relax anf refersh Perfect for relaxation, family time, or business meetings.
Nice pool & close to the ocean. However the beach is littered. Room and facilities were clean, but dated. Service was fine.

We stayed in the family room with a balcony facing the road. The room wasn’t luxurious, but it was spacious and comfortable. The washroom was clean, had hot water, though the water pressure was a little low. Breakfast buffet was nice. Lunch was also good, but limited variety. The pool was clean. The hotel has direct access to the beach. Overall, it was a good experience.

I’ve been here a couple of times, including for a photoshoot and a BBQ session with friends. It’s a great beachfront spot with a really chill atmosphere. The food is amazing, especially the BBQ options, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The location right by the beach makes it perfect for relaxing or hanging out with friends. Staff were friendly and accommodating as well. Definitely a nice place to visit in Negombo.
Lovely hotel right on the beach with a great swimming pool. Rooms are well-appointed, bathrooms are large and toiletries provided. Good AC. Nice variety of breakfast items, both western and Sri Lankan and an egg/omelette station. Relaxing hotel and we enjoyed our stay.
I stayed at this hotel in Negombo last weekend with my family, and it was a really nice experience. The location is superb, close to everything and very peaceful. We stayed for one night with bed and breakfast. The breakfast buffet had an average variety, but the food tasted good. The staff were very kind, helpful, and friendly throughout our stay. It was raining the whole day during our visit, but even with the weather, the hotel felt cozy and relaxing. Overall, a pleasant stay — I’d happily visit again!
